Salsa Verde is a zesty, herb-packed green sauce that’s bursting with fresh flavours! With vibrant herbs like parsley and mint, it elevates your dishes with a bright, aromatic punch. Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 6 anchovy fillets
- 1 1/2 tbs capers
- 1 bunch flat-leaf parsley
- 1 bunch mint leaves
- 160ml olive oil
- 1 lemon, zested, juice to taste
Method
- Using a food processor or stick blender, blitz the parsley, mint, garlic, anchovies, capers and lemon zest.
- Add the oil and lemon juice and pulse to combine.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge until needed. It lasts for at least 3 days, so make it ahead of time.
